About this event

In this cosy workshop, you will learn the history of Aran Knitting and begin to craft traditional Aran knitwear through a take-away Aran scarf knitting project using Irish wool yarn sourced and spun in Co. Donegal.

Suitable for all skill levels, this experience is a fantastic introduction to both cable knitting techniques and traditional Irish design.

All materials included:

Irish wool yarn from Co. Donegal – traditional báinín white

Aran knitting pattern – Designed by Ryan Daniel

Knitting needles

Sat 14 March, 11am - 1pm | Sun 15 March, 2pm - 4pm
