Youth’s the Season -?

About this event
Is youth the season made for joy?
Toots: “We were happy then. Why can’t we be happy now?
Desmond: “Because you’re growing up my dear, you’re growing up.”
A group of young Dubliners work and play hard, flirt wildly, fall in love, and trade devastating insults in the spring of 1930. Written when the Mary Manning was 26 and first performed in 1931, this startlingly contemporary coming-of-age satire explores the ups and downs of life for privileged young Irish people in newly independent Dublin.
