Oliveto is Haddington House Hotel’s Italian-inspired neighbourhood restaurant, overlooking Dublin Bay and just 20 minutes from Dublin city centre by train. Its menu is rooted in honest, seasonal cooking, with handmade pasta, antipasti, chargrilled meats and fresh fish prepared daily.

The restaurant works with local producers wherever possible, alongside exceptional ingredients sourced from Italy, while its wine list brings together established estates and small, independent producers chosen for their authenticity and character.
