Situated in the heart of Dublin City, the Irish Traditional Music Archive houses the largest, most comprehensive collection of Irish traditional music, song, and dance in the world.
The Irish Music Tours at the Irish Traditional Music Archive provides a comprehensive overview of Ireland’s vibrant musical heritage. Experience live traditional music performances and learn about instruments such as the uilleann pipes, the harp and the fiddle.
Practice your ‘cúpla focal’ by learning to sing a traditional song ‘as Gaeilge’, in Irish. Under the guidance of Sorcha Ní Scolaí, an accomplished singer and uilleann piper from Dublin, you will learn the melody and lyrics to a traditional Irish song.
